The psychologist plays a vital role at CLM. He helps supervise the activities in the houses, provides support to the children and their caregivers, goes to appointments with the kids, resolves conflicts, and helps with preparation for adoption or return to the birth family.
He works with the children and teens on self-esteem, acceptance, and learning to dream again. He also helps them overcome their trauma and the feelings of guilt that often come with it.
